I was a bit annoyed that I had to attach the lid myself and that the hole had to be so deep.  But, those are all things I was probably informed of in advance but didn't pay attention to.  Service from Tar River Trading Post was great and shipping was fast.  I haven't had this product for long, so I'm still waiting to see how it performs digesting/composting food waste in the long term.

I really appreciated the enclosed instructions.  I carried them to the garden to the spot I ended up using and dug a hole.  The drainage was quick fortunately but I was glad there was guidelines and what to do if it wasn't fast enough.  It's only been in the ground a short while so I'm not sure how well it works but I am pleased to have it.  No smell. aesthetically appealing.  I'm happy with it.  Thank you

Had to order one of these and it came pretty quickly, and was easy to put together.  So far it's breaking down our food scraps pretty good.

Better than composting for us without a garden in which to use compost.  Digests what we discard into water and CO2.  No maintenance, just deposit the waste into it.  No mixing, churning or other chores.
